Ideas for reviewing your Ramblers Area (19/4/11)

Over the past year, Kent Area has been undertaking a strategic review, the first part of which focuses on membership recruitment and retention, and the organisation and management of the Area.  Its been a very thorough job, and its conclusions are quite radical.  Neville Machin, the Area Chair, has written a piece for the features section of the volunteer website so that other Areas can see what Kent has done.  So if youre thinking of doing something similar in your Area, you may not need to re-invent the wheel.
